TeakThe GRID Side Table was designed by Karsten Weigel in 2018. GRID is a collection of round side tables in trendy industrial design, available in three different heights and three different sizes. The table tops - in either HPL or solid teak - are supported by a filigree transparent aluminium frame. Whether as a side table, lounge or bistro table, GRID is the perfect match for any outdoor setting.
After his graduation at the Muthesiusschule in Kiel, industrial designer Karsten Weigel worked for renowned design studios before establishing his own company in Hamburg. He is also a professor for furniture design at the Hochschule für Technik (technical university) in Stuttgart. He has been designing for solpuri since 2008.
