JAVA Scatter Cushion

The JAVA Scatter Cushion was designed in 2020. The hand-crocheted JAVA scatter cushions are available in soft pastel tones and expressive, darker hues that all work with the current solpuri fabric collection. This way, outdoor lounge sofas can be individually customised with interesting colour accents. But the JAVA cushions are not only practical and comfortable, they also serve a good purpose. Because they are produced in Java, Indonesia as part of a social project that was started there by a local furniture manufacturer. Aiming to support unemployed single mothers, this project offers women an easy-to-learn craft that enables them to make money from home while taking care of their daily chores and bringing up their children.
